The ABDC has completed its first survey to benchmark academic remuneration and benefits.

In July 2017, ABDC engaged KPMG to conduct a customised survey that could enable member business schools and their universities to benchmark their remuneration arrangements and possibly assist them to develop and operate more effective retention and recruitment strategies.

Participating business schools, which represent 63% of the ABDC member business schools, have now received KPMG’s analysis of the data supplied. The report is not for external distribution beyond participating business schools.
